What our clients say about us

Having worked for more than twenty years, securing and delivering complex projects in support of the waste and renewables sectors, I have had the considerable privilege of working with Joanna on a number of occasions. She combines the detailed sector expertise and key influencer knowledge required to create solutions, particularly in the area of environmental permitting, with the strategic insight to genuinely add value to her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Phil Davies | Director of Investments, Iona Capital Ltd – bespoke renewable energy infrastructure fund

In our world of waste recycling, finding a suitable development site for our activity and then securing an environmental permit and planning permission is a major task. It requires many skills; tact, diplomacy, trust, determination, skilled negotiation, understanding of our business operational needs and detailed knowledge of environmental and planning regulation and legislation.
Joanna Holland has demonstrated on sensitive sites of strategic importance to our business, that she possesses all the above attributes. She deploys these in a professional but very agreeable manner, to get the desired results. I would thoroughly recommend Joanna to any company with similar needs.
